Update -
Got a call from dealership, they are replacing drive shift a putting in a shim pack today. I guess lead mechanic has been talking with Ford and admitted there is a problem with my truck. They are also going to update / re flash trans as well for the low speed clunk. Hey at least it's a start in the right direction? We will see if this does the trick. I will update you all when I get my truck back.

Not sure if its the same shutter but my 2014 Lariat has a shutter on take off, but only when hauling a trailer in T/H mode and for about 2-3 seconds and goes away. My brother in law who is a manager at the dealership here in Maine also felt it. He asked the head mechanic and he said it should not do that. Truck has only 2300 on it. I haven't even had it 2 months yet. It has the Max Tow and HD payload package. This is my first Ford. Sometimes I wish I still had my old chevy.
