2013 Ram 1500 vs F-150 vs Chevy 1500 0-60 video
Here's a video I came across this morning that shows a little 0-60 battle between the big 3. This is the same guy that got reamed on here for his "Things to not do in a Raptor video, so bare with me lol. To all the guy who say "who cares how fast a truck can go", this video probably isn't for u, so move on . For everybody else, it's a fun little comparison...and it never hurts to see the other big competitors lose to a Ford

they shouldve pitted the 6.2 or 5.0 against the chevy and dodge. that way its "fair". some retard will say "put twin turbos on the hemi, it'll smoke everything" yadda yadda.

Even with that 8-speed that hemi still seemed as slow as my buddies '12 hemi ram. Wouldn't buy one either way, Chrysler locked the ecu on them back in '11 and tuners still can't crack them.
Why compare the Silverado? It's solw, dated, and over-priced vs the competition.

Hemi sounded good, would be interesting to see how the 8 speed does. Wish they would have used a Silverado with the 6.2 to make it fair. The 5.3, while a good engine, is dated an not on par with just about any other offering out there now.

I really liked that video. It's hard for me to swallow now though that a ram is now the best luxury truck out of the big 3. I love to see them stepping up there game and improving there trucks. I think that new ram is an awesome truck and yes that hemi sounds really good. I never had a problem with there engines, it's the 8 speed transmission I'm really curious about. And idk if it will do a lot of shifting because I'm pretty sure the last 2 gears are pretty much over drives. But I like to see how everyone else is trying to improve fuel economy differently. It'll be interesting to see how the mileage is and if it can beat the ecoboost. Still the ecoboost has the low end torque for towing. Still think ford has a slight edge on the ram but its not much anymore.
