Give a thumbs up to Tvanpool!
If snow/ice built up inside your wheels during a storm and you drive it, it throws your balance off so bad it will shake you out of the truck. The fix is, park the truck in the sun and let the ice/snow melt off your rims.
I have seen this happen many many times!

yes it only happened once, after checking tire pressure, lugnut torques, etc i just have to assume there was ice build up, that had melted by the time i was inspecting. thanks everyone for the ideas and info.
edit why doesnt my pic of my truck show up by my name in my osts like all f yours?

2013 fx4 vibration betweem 30-45
I also have a new f150 fx4 with a 5.0. I LOVE this truck and I was getting a vibration between 35-45 MPH on smooth roads. Felt like a tire was out of balance but did not feel in the steering wheel. I researched on line and read some horror stories of out of balance drive shafts and dealers unable to fix. I only have 3000 miles on my truck and brought to Best Ford in Nashua NH. I asked them if they could fix and they assured me that they had an expert mechanic. I was a little skeptical. They had my truck all day and I kept checking in to see what they were doing and they said that they were going to re-index my driveshaft and take it out and turn it to help with balancing. I guess this is a common problem with a lot of manufacturers. They don't balance driveshafts. Anyway, I got it back and was amazed that they were able to fix it. The annoying vibration is gone and I am happy again. Great job to BEST FORD. I had heard other dealers telling people that they could not fix and it was the way the truck was...REALLY ????? I am glad that I got mine fixed.

EATN CHEVYS ****N DODGES
I had this same problem with my 2011 f150 fx4 one dealer blamed it on the aggressive tires I had on so took it to another dealer and it actually was a wheel weight that fell off so had them dynamic balance the tires and truck was fine after that. But traded on 2013 f150 stx this truck hasn't had that problem... knock on wood...

Just word to the wise, the tire pressure sensors in most vehicles these days will not tell you your tires are low until you hit below 25 psi. Not sure if they are all set that way, but every vehicle that I've had one go off on, the tire is magically 24.5 when I check the pressure with my digital gauge. I don't drive many miles, maybe 6000 year, so when temps drop in the winter here in texas, my pressure gets low, I've learned to check my tire pressure once a month (basically when I fill up the gas tank). From Feb to Aug, no changes, 35 psi all around, but truck is still new and only has 3000 miles. I have the exact same truck as the OP, no vibration issues at all, hope you get it figured out!

If low tire pressure caused vehicles to vibrate 75% of everything on the road would be jumping all over the place, the only two things moving in the rear of the truck are the tires and the driveshaft, put it on jackstands and run it up to the speed you are having the vibration at.

Glad you found the solution to your vibration.
I might suggest checking the rotors if any of y'all have this issue going forward. Never had it happen in my Ford, but my Dodge would warp at least one rotor every six months. It would cause a very defined vibration starting at a certain speed then ending about 5 or 6 mph faster. If two were warped, I would have two different vibration ranges appear. Once, the shaking range was at 65mph to just over 70, and it would shake so violently, you thought the paint wad going to shake off the body panels! I can just imagine how people driving around me must have felt seeing the truck bounce around like that!
