Default 2013 f150 xlt 3.7 liter

Looking to buy f150 super cab xlt 3.7 liter looked at some of the dealerships web sited to see if they have some on the lot hardly any. The 3.5 ecoboost and the 5 liter seem to be the most popular around here in the Philadelphia,pa area. I was wondering if it is the same way in other parts of the country .
Thanks in advance Ralph

Same here in ok. I was looking at 3.7 liters for the wife. I went with a demo that was a 2012 with the 5.0 for 27k and some change which was like almost 11k off sticker

Welcome to the forum Ralph. There are a couple of dealers in the Charlotte, NC area that carry a good selection of 3.7's. A couple that carry an oversupply of 3.5's, and other mainly 5.0's & 3.5's.

I owned a 2011 XLT 3.7 SCREW for almost two years. The engine is a tough little SOB. I didn't have one problem over the 18K miles. It didn't use a drop of oil. The engine did well in the SCREW, and should do much better in the SCAB due to weight difference.

If you like the engine, you can always order one the way you want.

I had the same problem. No 3.7's on the lot aside from a few base models. Had to order mine.

When I was looking for a new truck I wasnt even considering a v8. I was set on getting a 3.7 but when I was looking around the dealers in my area all there was 3.5s and 5.0s as mentioned by others. So I just went ahead and ordered an f150 with the 3.7 and waited a looong month for it, but it was worth it!

Default Exactly

I found a 2011 3.7 by accident. I was resigned to the fact that I had to get a V8 because I didnt want a turbo. When I found my truck (FX2 XLT 3.7 SCAB) I fell in love. And, after looking around it was the only one to be found close enough to drive to.

I made a rediculous offer and they went for it and now Im a happy camper!
