This doesn't happen as I said with my other vechile. (A 2010 Mazda 3)
@StuckZipper Yes I tried it while not moving too. I didn't want to be distracted while trying to get the truck/phone to connect to each other.

Unfortunatly not everything works Perfectly all the time, especially Sync... My truck isnt soo crazy about my Ipod Touch!

Yeah, it's not really a game breaker for me at all. To be honest I hardly use my cellphone at all traveling or not. I absolutely love the truck (my first one) so again not a huge deal for me. I was just poking around wondering if it was only me and if there is some magic setting I may of missed somewhere in the sync menus since I'm still new to this truck (2 weeks old)

Try doing a system restart from the "settings" menu.

I have a Droid Razr M and I have been having problems for about the past two weeks. I know that is not my phone b/c the phone button on the steering whell or radio, when pushed, has no response. I'll turn the truck off for 5 minutes, start the truck back up and it works again. Last night it just kept trying to connect and then would same "no paired device". This occurs w/o any obvious reason.

Hmm...

Is you phone rooted? Are you on the stock rom?

If you dk what I'm talking about then don't worry, it's good.

Maybe clear cache and app data from the application manager of the phone, then reconnect to the truck - that's what I'd do first.

I have a lot of experience with android development, not so much with sync, but try clearing the bluetooth data in the manager. Should help it.

Hello
I had the same trouble with a new phone, I switched from and Iphone to and android. Make sure you select paired device as "Sync". I had to go to the sprint dealer to help me with it. Hope this helps a little.

I would see if it the system needs reflashed or something. It's not right. Mine nails my phone before I can get the truck in gear. It does the same for my wife's phone too. But we both have the iPhone 5. But then again bluetooth is bluetooth right?

Have you checked your phone when it hasn't connected? Sometimes it will have a message saying something like do you agree to allow sync to connect?

i had a iphone 3Gs 32Gb... i left it in my ex's truck and i was following her to our place. i couldn't get thru an intersection and ended up over 3/4 of a city block behind her.

knowing my phone was in my duffel bag(which i forgot was in her truck) i hit the sync button...

bluetooth audio lit right up and music started to play, so i didn't think anything of it.

when we got home, i looked for my duffel bag, and the ex laughed cause i had forgotten it in her truck.

OP... still having issues with your phone?

i would go to the dealership where you bought it, and get help from the salesman. i mean, you just dropped him a good paycheck... don't ya think he should continue to earn it?
