I saw this while searching a local dealer's website. Didn't see a thread on a new one, so I thought I'd get your opinion. They want 49,000 for it which I didn't think was bad because a new fully loaded FX4 is around the same price. I don't like the stitching or badge on the side, but that's about it. What do y'all think?
I'm just not a fan of the 2-bar grill on some of the '13 models at all. It looks good on the Super Duty trucks, but the bars aren't thick enough to make it work on the F-150. For everything else they did you'd think they could have slapped a custom grill on it.
I'm still thinking ehh on it too. I'm still in the market for a new truck and it has everything I wanna do minus the hood, badges and stitching. I would only have to change the tires, but at a later date. They have a lot of FX4's so I'll just have to see.
The one I went and looked at in Sweetwater Texas was advertised about the same then there was a parts list in the window that put it over 60k they had f250 tuscany's with price tags of 70-80k was ridiculous.

I was gonna say. I saw the F150 and F250 versions of these this weekend at the car show and didn't see a price, but even when dealers put a cheap lift and chrome wheels on em the price goes up to $70+.
$49 isn't what u can get a new F150 for either unless you don't want em to discount. That $49k is $11 more than I paid for mine.
I completely understand that the sticker price isn't the price you walk out the door paying. I just thought the sticker price of $48,895 was a good starting point for this truck. I heard the 2011 and 2012 version was somewhere around $60,000! This was my point
I have a 2011 f-150 Ecoboost and i've been wanting to make it a diesel. I filled it up with Diesel from the gas station and everything but when i started it up my engine started making some strange noises and I'm worried it might be broken.
2011 F150 XLT 4x4 CC SB, 6 inch procomp coilover suspension lift, 20 inch moto metal rims, 35x12.50 toyo mt's, afe stage 2 cold air intake, flowmaster 44 super series with 4 inch black powder coated tips, 2 8 inch polk audio mo mo's with custom ported box with a sound stream amp, SCT X3 programmer, 4 train horns with a 1.5 gallon tank that put out a whole lot of noise!
They totally ruined what could've been a good looking truck with those HORRIBLE 'badges' and embroidery. They made it so you can't even remove the stupid things.
Unless you're 8-10 y/o and play with G.I. Joe's, you're prolly not gonna wanna be driving around with that garbage stuck to your truck.
ESPECIALLY if you live in a military town...
