Default 2012 F150 4WD and ELD Switch
Hey guys

I just bought my first F150, a 2012 F150 XLT SuperCrew EB 4x4 157in WB, and I love it.

Question: On the 4WD selector **** down the left hand side, it has the Electronic Locking Diff symbol twice, one with "PULL" written underneath and another one with just the symbol. Why is this?

All the symbols mean is to engage pull switch outntowards you, the end!! To the op you dont have a locking diff. Then! Thank you

I believe the lower one is the indicating light.

The larger is just easier to see, for engaging the locker.

My 12 looks just like it, I believe one means 4x4 and the other means you have eld, if you doesn't have that you probably don't have a locking diff

Pics from my 2011 FX4 with ELD. When engaged the lower indicator lights up. Maybe it's like what mattD17...the larger label on the left is just for enhanced visibility?
