Default 2011 Floor Mat removal process?!?

Owner of a new 2011 F-150 here.

The 2011's have a new floor mat retainer device. Can someone help me remove the floor mats without destroying the retainer system? Thanks for the help!

I have a new set of Weathertech's to install

If you are talking about the fronts (haven't really looked at the rear) you just pull up and they pop off. They are on a "stem" and you just pop them back into place.

Yep, talking about the fronts, specifically the driver side front mat as the passenger side does not have the 'stem'. BTW, thanks!
