2011 F150 5.0 AC Belt
Replaced my compressor which I bought online, however pulley is bigger than the original. Is ther a tensioner I could buy to fit my truck so I won't have to fight installation. I cut old belt and stretched it around and measured the difference but new belt just won't go on so any advice?

There is also an upgrade to have a tensioner setup also. Look at Mitchell
& u can find it in their tech bulletin section

sounds like you have the wrong compressor to me,all the directions in the world wont make the belt go over a bigger pulley, sorry you are having problems and that's 1 reason I dont buy much over the net as being unable to verify boots ect will fit.
