Does anyone have the complete parts break down with part numbers. I have a 11 fx4 with sync mic in the headliner. I would like to use all the factory cables and harneses.

I also have my sync mic in the headliner so the mirror and other Ford parts I listed above should be the right ones for you. However the OEM Ford harnesses are going to be the tricky part. Sorry I don't have parts numbers because which ones you need is going to depend on exactly what options are on your truck. Before you get into that, did you check to see if you have any of the camera wiring already in your truck? It seems that some do and some don't. If you haven't checked I'm putting some info at the bottom that may help you figure out if you need all or some of the harnesses. As you will see in the harness diagrams replacing body harness an roof harness is going to be somewhat involved, but not impossible. Also from what I understand even if you use all Ford harnesses you still won't be able to turn the guide lines on/off or use the zoom feature unless you can find a local Ford dealer willing to reflash the computer modules. If you need one or more harnesses you could look through www.fordparts.com and www.tascaparts.com to try and figure it out. You need very specific info about your truck. Including manufacture date, assembly plant, and options on your truck. Also I've heard that the people at Tasca Ford in RI, are very helpful if you call them with your VIN # and tell them you want to add the camera, but I don't have personal experience with that because while I did order parts from them (they seem to have the best prices) I had already figured out what parts to order. eBay is usually the best place to get the mirror as Ford wants around $900-$1000 for it. Good luck, don't hesitate to reply I'll do my best to help you. One more thing, that's all assuming your want to rear view display mirror. If you have the factory navigation and what the camera to display there then you need different harnesses and won't need the mirror (obviously). From what others have told me you'll also need to buy an aftermarket thing called "Sync lock pick" or find and knowledgeable and willing dealer to reflash the navigation system or it won't work.

This picture shows the mirror connector pins. Your looking for numbers 8 & 16. 8 is White with Green stripe and 16 is Brown with Violet stripe.

This will tell you if you have the correct roof harness shown here in red:

This is the connector for the camera harness where it plugs into the taillight harness:

Check to see if your tail light harness has the above connector.

This one shows the body and tail light harnesses, connector C405 should have the White with green stripe and brown with violet stripe if you have the correct body harness:

Has anyone got pictures that show how the wires run out of the tailgate to the body? I am pondering adding a camera to my 2005.

The wire harness drops through the tailgate from the camera and comes out the bottom center of the tailgate and passes through a hole in the back of the bed.

Here are some pictures of mine with the tailgate open.

Ok got all the parts on the way. I called tasa parts and got the body harness and the headliner harness to make this totaly factory. My dealer can flash the software to make the zoom and guide bars work as they should. So all I have to do is install it all.
