Yup; I was referring to the call. Thanks for being so patient with this process, Kung. You're in good hands with the CSM. If you have any updates moving forward, please let me know.

my truck was pretty solid at first but by the time I was at 64k I was only able to give it partial throttle. Changed my plugs today, 5 of them were .44-.45. One was .43-.44. Despite asking my dealer on several occasions over the last year to consider the plugs...............

well he gave me a song and dance each time. end result, finally I have the ability to use the entire gas pedal. Power was soft but that's probably the ECU as the battery was disconnected. I never threw a code, just shaking and **** acceleration.

Same boat here. They keep wanting to call "wheels" as the culprit. Time is my issue....as in I don't have time to deal with this stuff. I'll have to, yet again, force time into my schedule to see if they can fix an issue that should have never happened to begin with. We should be getting loaner vehicles at no charge, and not receive our vhicles until they are fixed...properly. A different manufacturer is sounding more and more appealing at this point. Glad that your truck is squared away now Superman07. Here's to hoping on my end.

Default plugs

Changed my plugs at 70k...same issues. Dealer told me they are now recommending 50k replacement...although the official company line is still 100k.

All the power issues went away when I changed plugs...

All the other issues went away when I traded it in.

Default Same problem.

I also had the same problem with my 11 EB. The dealership tried the same thing telling me it was cam position sensor as well. Needless to say 4 days later they found out it was my spark plugs.

They *finally* called me back; and I dropped off my truck today. At least this time they gave me something better - 2013 Ford Fusion Ecoboost Sport. Not an F150 but it's a fun car.

After at least 8 trips to the dealer with no resolution, I fixed this issue myself. Just traded for a 2015 VW Golf R. I couldn't be happier with my decision and results. Bye bye Ford...been nice knowin' ya. Much respect for *not* leaning on tax payers back in the 2008 time frame, but you left me cold...so I'm breaking up with you via a post-it-note. I'm cheating on you

Are you also experiencing this concern, acdii? Send over a PM with your full name, phone number, VIN, current mileage and dealer.

I'll check out next steps.

Hi Kung,

Is this in regards to the seat issue you mentioned to my colleague, Brittany? Let me know; I'll get right on this.

Todd
