Not sure of pricing up there. But you won't touch a new z71 LTZ around here for any less than an fx4

I'm sure, but thats why I'm confused. I paid 38k for my brand new FX4 before trade, TTL. Seems others around the country have paid about the same. Just puzzled by it I guess.

I wish that's what they were down here but they sticker in the upper 40's. Rebates may get you into lower 40's driveout

Bought my 12' two weeks after the 13's hit the lot.
Msrp was 49, 500 - 4, 000 for rebates - $6, 000 dealer mark down made it 39, 500 to top it off they gave me 1, 200 more for my trade than anyone else. There are deals to be had, just have to time it right.

I have what may seem as a left field questions. I have only had the limp mode issue one time with my truck. It is the ECO. I went to a car wash for the first time the day before and it sprayed underneath. I wonder if the two are connected?

I tried to recreate the loss of power by going to a self serve wash in the Winter(tons of steam) and letting my truck idle while I washed it, as well reved it up in the steam to get the turbos to push more of the steam in. Then drove it out into 15 degree temps, drove it easy a few miles, and hammered on it and it did not lose power.

Might work if you did it long enough but self serve washes get expensive spraying water around for a half hour.

I don't think its related, unless you were in there for a very long time.

Mine has to be driven for a couple hours at a steady speed in rainy weather for it to fall down. But it will. I wash mine many times with the engine running, and haven't had a problem. I go through the auto a lot due to my work and always leave it running. Never have a problem, of course I punch it and make it do a dooooooo-woooooop after coming out too, just because I like to

I am frothing at the throttle to take a trip, set the cruise, and then punch it to see if my 2013 has the same problems. I only have 500 miles on it so will wait until I get to 1000 or more before I do that. Can't wait to see if it behaves.

Stickered for 48 something. It may be. I looked at blue book on mine and that is what the blue book value is on the truck in poor condition. The deal they were willing to give me on a 13 was exceptional, but I didn't think the trade offer was fair. Just my opinion. I will probably just keep the truck now that it runs ok and see what happens. I was just shocked at the quick depreciation. I didn't plan on trading this one for a few years. I just thought I'd check into it since they called an said they'd take care of me on a 13 and after all the issues with the engine and the most recent with the rear end I figured it was worth a shot. I'm just worried that all te shaking and hard shifting, up and down, might have hurt other parts of the drivetrain. Maybe not? I guess time will tell. Just not a good experience with my first ford but even in saying that, I do love the truck without the issues
Most dealers could care less about blue book...they give you wholesale price because that's what they will pay at auctions.

Yep.. I'd bet these issues contribute to that..
