Looks great. I have been trying to figure out if this will work on a 2012 XLT, but I haven't had any luck in confirming if the wiring harness was changed after 2010. My local for dealer doesn't have a parts guy who is interested in looking up the info, and they don't seem to be able to direct my research.
Does anyone have any info or resources on this. I'd hate to spend the money and discover that I still don't have heated mirrors.

2013 module in a 2010
Hello all, first time poster here. I have been following the threads and am amazed at all the wisdom! I already have quite the few projects for my new to me 2010 STX. I've already ordered the auto headlights and have just ordered a climate control module and ambient temperature gauge. Anyway, I have a question regarding the climate control module.
I unintentionally ordered a 2011 Climate Control Module with heated mirrors for my 2010. Is anyone aware if this would work? I noticed it has a different part number then the 2010 climate control module with heated mirrors. Honestly, at this point the question is more out of curiousity as I have already ordered the 2010 module as well. I don't want to take the chance of damaging or having to replace the 2011 module.
In any event, thank you all for the massive amount of knowledge and how-to you've added to this forum!

I have 2011 in my 10. As long as it's the manual one and not multi zone version it should work.

Shoot! I knew I should have waited until I bought the 2nd one. Well, if anyone is interested in a Climate Control Module with heated mirrors, feel free to PM me. All I'd ask is what I paid, $75.
