I have a 2010 F150 XLT That I recently put a 3" leveling kit on. I have been hearing some clunking noises from the rear end. I'm wondering if the leveling kit has changed the angle on my U joints enough to make them go bad? I'm also having some tire wear issues on the front. I've had it 4 wheel aligned but the inner tread on the tires is wearing uneven one tread is higher than the next and so on around the tire. Any help on theses issues please.

I had a 2 1/2" and had no problems, the 3" puts to much strain on the upper ball joints

Did you change the back at all? If there wearing on the inside you may have negative camber! Did you see the print out on the alignment??

Yes I did change the rear at the same time as the front. I didn't see the alignment sheet, I had it done at ford though. I'm really concerned with the clunking in the rear.

where did u find a 3inch leveling kit for the 09-011 all i found was 2 and 2.5, they make a 3 but its for 2wd truck and they also make a 3 for 04-08

Did you take out the blocks that came from factory

Yes, I took out the old blocks. I think I've found the problem. I didn't torque the rear U bolts to spec. I'm not sure if they have specs. I just tightened them like any other bolt.
