Just what I needed
Luckily the damage isn't too bad. I was at the grocery store and someone backed into my F-150. Thankfully I was in the truck leaving, and he had full coverage. First time I have been in an "accident". The damage isn't too bad but the shop I want to go to can't get me in for three weeks Anyways, I have already received estimates and I am not on the hook for it so can't complain!

thats not good, sorry to hear, at least you had an honest person give insurance as we all know there are plenty of Hit and Runners and parking lots are pretty much free for alls. It looks the bumper didn't get damage which is where it gets costly. Hopefully you get into the shop and fixed in a timely matter and Truck On!!!!

Haha lol, I'm still driving around with my smashed up bumper that's oushed up into the tailgate and sticking out a 1/4" and a twisted trailer hitch (I Still Tow). I don't feel too bad through half the trucks in my hometown are all smashed up anyways!!! (I fit right in)

Yeah it isn't too bad. It is a bit worse in person though, hard to get a good photo of white when it is light out

Have considered paintless dent repair (PDR)? A similar thing happened to my car, i.e., right rear quarter panel was damaged in a parking lot when someone was backing out. It looked worse than your incident. The body shop said it could do the word, but it recommended a PDR person to me. I could have gone either way, i.e., bodyshop or PDR, and I went with the PDR. I was amazed at the repair--you could not even tell the car had been damaged. That crease below the tail light on your F150 might DQ the PDR option for you, but it's just a idea.

The PDR is good advice to look into.
For example; my co-worker got a dent above the left headlight on the top corner, where it's rounded and probably the strongest area of the fender.
Basically it looked like someone hit the corner perfectly with a Ball peen hammer. A seriously deep, round and creased dent.
When he showed it to me after, there wasn't a single trace that it had ever happened. I mean factory perfect. Not even a scuff.
I'm still amazed at how they did such a perfect job.
