You do not need to buy the metal bumper that goes underneth the bumper cover.
You already have this on your tuck. You just need to remove the two plastic caps in the front and the plastic guard under the bumper. I have more pictures on my album.

20 is the HD plastic cover. Number 1 is the metal fram that is already on your truck.

The HD/ 2011 Limited bumper is not the same as the bumper on other F150s.

It's not wrong. You need both to mount on the truck. Number 20 goes over number 1.
20 is the plastic HD cover that goes over number 1 the metal stock bumper.

Ok so if I buy a bumper with fogs, it will work with the Harley cover?
