Default Backup lights

So I noticed as others did that the back up light on f150's suck!!! Did anyone use this: HIGH OUTPUT WHITE 360° 15 LED 921? 'Made by vled.

Do you like it? Is this the best option?

I use these and I'm fairly happy with them for $12: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...iglink20295-20

Here are the results, there is a major discussion on this topic, lots of choices, depends on what you want to spend.

I have their LPF. It's expensive but very bright. I have 15% tint on my front windows and it's plenty bright back there. Install was fairly simple (just some minor splicing). I like the fact it blends in with the license plate frame. http://www.vleds.com/new-lpf.html

I picked up the bogan 1000 lumen lights, clicked on all 3 links in the above thread and managed to hit 'add to cart" on the wrong one.... However, I am still very pleased with them so can only imagine, for $1 more the 1100 are nice.

Anything beats stock, stock is dangerous imho. It''s like backing up into the unknown. Super risky....

I have yet to test the others, as it's still raining lol

I installed the LED's in place of my reverse light bulbs and while it did help, it wasn't the solution I wanted.

If you want more light your going to have to install auxiliary lights. Check out this thread here for ideas.

Did you put these in the housing above the cab and in the tailights? From what I can see they are both the same bulbs?

How much were these? They are out of stock now.

Ok...so I went to order those and it said $20 a pair...then I realized to get the good ones they are $90?!?! That's an awful lot of money for a bulb, especially when some of the reviews says it ok? Ok?!? It better be daytime at night with $180's worth of light bulbs in my taillights. Maybe I'm out of the loop on this stuff, but that just seems ridiculous.
