I installed an 18" double stack Vision X Bar in that same location, I love it!! Not the best pic but you get the idea, just used the holes already in the lower lip of the opening, simple install.

Got the bar mounted so far. The raptor kit will not work for a regular f150 sadly so you have to so your own measurements and cut out the bumper pads a bit more. I'll post some more when I light it up.

I've got the same bar (20" rigid) currently mounted on my F250. I want to move it to the F150 but I've got an EcoBoost and can't use the gap. I was thinking about the KC lightbar......Thoughts?

Nfab has some pretty cool mounting options, and Rigid sells a lot of mount accessories.

See my pic above, I have an ecoboost and installed a Vision X in the bumper gap, there have been no performance losses, air still gets around the light bar. Dealer has said nothing about it. The "blocking" of the intercooler is overrated. However I live in AK, if I lived in AZ and was pulling hills at 100+* temp that would be a different story. If it hits 75 where I live it is considered a "hot" day.
I have a custom bumper and huge Lightforce lights on my Dodge Cummins, virtually "blocking" most air flow to the IC as compared to factory bumper. I gross 25,000 with that and it does great. get 20 mpg empty with it and 13 loaded.
