Luckily I don't drive my truck every day other wise my back would break lifting my 2 year old. He is 34lbs and very strong.

I have 275/65/20 on my truck. Drove it for two weeks while waiting for my 1.5" Autospring steel level kit to show up. Drove fine with no rubbing. Installed kit and all still great. Love my level.

Anybody use lift shackles? I saw them on eBay but haven't heard about anyone using them.

No idea but blocks are extremely easy to do

Aren't the lift shackles just shorter shackles or are they reversed

They are shorter shackles. They looks too short, to the point that the leaf packs wouldn't be able to flex completely.
