I honestly feel like I'm dealing with a service department that just does what they need to get by and get the next vehicle in the door.

For instance, my passenger window was making this god awful noise when going down. This was the other item they were supposed to fix. They said they cleaned the window and the noise went away. Well of course......as of last night, the noise is back.

So I have a brand new truck with barely any miles at all that has a clocked steering wheel and a noisy window.

Come on Ford...... Your making it hard for us loyal customers to stay loyal !

Goto another dealer. Ask them if they can check your steering wheels clear vision.

That problem will be solved if they know what they are doing.

I'm definitely going to take your advice and find another dealership.

Also, thank you for the clear vision information. I'll be sure to mention this.

Appreciate you guys. I know I'm not the only person that goes thru this, but its nice to have a place to come and vent frustrations, while getting valuable information at the same time.

For some odd reason, when I get the truck back, the steering wheel is slightly clocked to the right. Of course, I take the truck back.....They apologize and have me leave it. I pick it up the next day and low and behold, the steering wheel is not clocked to the left. I immediately turn around and return to the dealership with the truck.

By now I'm getting frustrated. They tell me that the tow is off and will need to be adjusted to get the steering wheel straight. Again I leave the truck. I go to get the truck for the 3rd time and its right back where it started.....clocked to the right.

Before I blow my lid from frustration, any ideas why this could possibly be happening ? Its really frustrating to be driving a brand new truck with barely any miles on it and a clocked steering wheel. ...

Let's get you holding onto the faith you've had in Ford for so long, dsa. A few members here recommend seeking an opinion at a second dealer, and I agree that it might be a good idea to have another one take a look. Feel free to use this to locate one nearby and get an appointment scheduled.

Whether you choose to continue working with your current dealer, or go with a new one, I will get a case escalated to your regional customer service manager for further assistance. Please send me a private message with your full name, VIN, chosen dealership, updated mileage, and best daytime contact number. I'll get the ball rolling!

Has your dealership resolved the issues, heatho? Please let me know; I'm happy to help! Also, please fill me in with the model year of your truck, as I'd need that to research available options.

Edit to add: Have had the truck for 3 weeks now. It went to the dealer for the flat spotted tires, new rear emblem (discolored for some reason) the first week. Second week it went in for a new battery.

**** happens, like I said, my truck was parked for a year, I expect there to be a few issues as a result; but I still got a hell of a deal on it.
It sounds like your dealer took great care of you during this time, carbinereloaded! I'm glad to hear it. If you'd like your feedback documented, feel free to shoot over a private message with your full name, phone number, dealer's name, and any details you'd like included.
