First post here, and I need help if possible. Recently added leds under my dash to act as ambient lighting on my 2012 SCrew XLT . Followed what other users said they did and tapped into the purple power wire behind 4x4 switch. Just last night I noticed the lights for my cruise control buttons, lights on 4wd selector, and head light switches are not lighting up. However whenever I mess with the headlight switch any, all the out dash lights I mentioned and LEDs flicker for a split second then turn back off. All other dash lights are working. Anyone have a clue wth is going on? Thanks

As with any trouble shooting, first step is to undo what you did, then start the troubleshooting

Got off work last night and jumped in my truck to leave and everything worked. Guess it grounded out somewhere. It's unhooked for now until I get a chance to look at the wiring and make sure everything is good. Thanks for the help
