I don't know about your guys trucks but mine whistles at times, and only at times.

It's not something that were able to do. Thanks for asking.

I have the stock heated/power adjust/power fold mirrors from the factory and am looking to upgrade to the trailer tow mirrors.Do your power towing mirrors have the power fold feature? I don't care about the power scope as I would rarely be sliding them in and out, but the power fold is essential.

On a side note (if your trailer tow mirrors are not power fold), would it be possible to get just the passenger side mirror glass from the mirrors you have listed here:

They offer both manual and power fold tow mirrors.

I have the OEM powerfold towing mirrors on my truck, other then the normal wind noise from the bigger mirror, very minimal, there is nothing. I think the wind noise they are talking about is from where they connect to the truck.

It was the main reason I wanted OEM ones, and not the 1aauto ones, considering I live in Canada, I would have to pay close to 150-200 for shipping, and then what happens if something goes wrong? I have to pay for shipping back.

Also, the duties, conversion rate, and shipping would put me close to $800-900 for them. I found my Powerfold towing mirrors for trade of stock mirrors plus money to help him get his mirror caps painted, so I am only $65 in.

For anybody looking, try putting a trade ad out there, never know who might want to trade, the guy I got mine off of couldn't use them for the reason of, he was a snowplow person, and the mirrors wouldn't fit in the tight spaces that he plowed.

Tony,
Do the 1a auto powerfold mirrors have the auto dim feature? If not can they be modified to be auto dimming?

Thanks.

I absolutely love my tow mirrors from these guys. Wind noise also. But I'm guessing it's the size of the mirrors. Electric fold, heated side marker lights, indicator lights. Manual telescope. For the price, you can't get better and customer service was excellent. No auto dim or "far near" look. I was thinking a guy might be able to put super light tint on them? I was a little disappointed with the passenger fit, but after some foam trimming, it fit ok.

I believe this is the part number. 2014 fx4.
PART #: 1AMRP01414

What year is your truck. We do have them that power fold and would retain your factory switch. They would be a direct replacement for the ones that you have.

Thanks.
We currently do not offer tow mirrors with the power fold feature. This feature is in the glass.

Thanks for asking,
Tony
