FNFG 2010 4.6F150 Questions.

FNFG 2010 4.6F150 Questions.
So here it is, I just bought a 2010 F-150 106K, at auction. I have not even physically seen the truck yet, but I'm a believer. All that being said, let's assume good maintenance by the previous owner(commercial). What should I be worried about? Are the cam phasers as bad as the internet would have me believe? Are the manifold lugs as bad as I've read? I know I'm out of the woods with blowing plugs out because of the 4 thread problem. Still can't decide if the timing chain guides are crappy maintenance or a real problem.
I guess I'm looking to hear some reassuring stories about some of this stuff, the internet is full of people complaining about things. What are some of the things you have done to keep your 4.6 in good working order? What are some of the things people would recommend doing day one, let's assume an oil change.
Also recommendations online parts and accessories would be appreciated.

NOTE: The 4.6L 2V does not have cam phasers. *"W" in the 8th character of the VIN.
