Why not just plastidip them white with the pearl or whatever and see if you like it before you go and paint and powder coat?

How much are the painted to match panels? The bumper is actually multiple pieces. You would only need to replace the 2 chrome sections.

I'll snap some pics tomorrow formya, thought I had some but I don't. I actually plastidipped them black, then painted them grey with a matte clear coat
