Default 13 DRL's activated today

Had my dealer turn on my DRL's today while I had my oil changed. They are pretty bright.

They have been mandated in Canada for a long time, and they are a big win. I find cars look funny without their lights on and truly feel it is a fair amount safer. And at night when those yahoos don't turn their lights on, at least you can see them!

Nothing. I actually showed them a post on here on how to do it in the computer because they couldn't figure it out.

I did it for safety. Tired of people pulling out in front of me and semi's merging over in my lane when I'm a couple feet from them.

I Am in the us. See the lights under my halos in stock lights in my avatar that's how they came they glow at a dimmer brightness than the turn signals all the time.

I disagree. I think if every vehicle has them, people will become oblivious to them. You could have every inch of your vehicle covered in flashing neon and it would not matter to those that don't pay attention. As far as the DRL's that are the headlights half on, it is less safe when people forget to turn on their lights at night because they have no tail lights.
