Default 12 wides with level.

I'm about to be that guy...Anyone running 12 wides and 35s with just a 2in level. Wondering if it can be done or should I just do a 4in lift? If I lift it do I still need a leveling kit?

Yes, it can be done. Several guys, including myself are running 35x12.50's on a 2" level. The offset/backspacing of your wheel will factor into them fitting also.

-44 on 10" wide wheel? That won't fit on a 6" on 35's....well without a big hammer and saw.

I have an 8.5 wide wheel with 0 offset which is 4.75 backspacing. I had to trim plastic to keep it from rubbing.

I'm running 11.8" wides on a 1.5" level and stock (+44mm offset) wheels with basically no trimming. I say that because I had to trim VERY LITTLE when I was running 275/65r20's on my stock wheels with 1.25" spacers.

now, I'm running 295/60r20's on stock wheels with no spacers ... and didn't have to trim anything once I put those one.

NOTE: I TRIED to have some Mastercraft MXT 35x12.50x20's installed before the 295's ... when I did, I found that w/out spacers, the tires were just too wide, period. They were basically on the control arm before turning the wheel. But they didn't really rub.

When I put the 1.25" spacers (which is basically a 30mm change in offset) ... making my wheels the equivalent of about a +15mm offset ... they didn't rub the control arm, but they did rub a little on the front AND back of the front wheel well.

So ... if you were to go with a 2" level, and a +12mm offset wheel (or maybe even out to a 0mm offset) ... and you're willing to do a little trimming and/or modifications to the front and back of the front wheel wells, then you can run the 35x12.50x20's and be ok.

Just be forewarned that they will be really stuffed into the wheel wells, and you may also run into issues with the tires flexing up into the body panels when the suspension tries to go full-travel distance. Not sure if you will be off-roading or doing anything that requires use of that full travel in your suspension ... but if you are, just beware.

-44 offset on 35" tires? Not without a lot of cutting...

33's with 20x12s is going to require a lot of cutting/trimming/hacking... You'll need a 6.5" for 35's.
