Default Coolant for 2010 FX2 5.4
Had my '10 FX2 now for few months now and absolutely LOVE it!! Question is which type of coolant is everybody using? I've heard the Motorcraft orange gunks water passages. Is that true? Thanks in advance.

I use motorcraft for all fluids. So when it's time to flush coolant, motorcraft gold it is. The gunk in the reservoir doesn't bother me; they all seem to have it.

The gunk is usually from people putting addatives in the coolant.

I have had my 2010 FX2 for a little over a year now and I am still happy with it. I'm glad you are enjoying yours.
