09+ Super cab rear door interior trim panel removal **how to**
I've been seeing quite a few questions regarding this topic lately. So since i had to check a crackly speaker in the rear, i decided to do a write up on this with pics.
Here we go
Tools
I used a 1/4 drive ratchet with 6mm, and a 10mm sockets. A pick tool, you can use a small flat blade screw driver as well. A T50 torx bit, and a 3/8 ratchet, and a torque wrench(not pictured)
First simply grab the cover on the seatbelt anchor and gently pull. It should come right off revealing the T50 torx bolt. And un bolt.
Then simply grab the trim panel behind it, and give it a quick tug. It should pull right off. Revealing a 6mm bolt.
Remove the 6mm
Simply grab and tug on the trim on the opposite side of the window
It will reveal another 6mm bolt
Then at the bottom of the door, on the front edge, you'll see 2 caps. Remove these with the pick tool or the small flat screw driver. 2 more 6mm bolts are here
Then at the very bottom, there is one more 6 mm bolt.
Next, pop the cover off behind the handle.
2 10 mm bolts here
You may need to wriggle/finagle the handle out.

Once this is all done, pull up and out, much like the front doors.
I wait until here to pop out and unplug the window switch from behind. I don't like to pry on interior parts.
Feed the seatbelt around the panel, and boom its off. You can now do speakers or whatever you need.
Note on reassembly, the seatbelt bolt should be the last thing you reinstall. Using a torque wrench torque to 28-32 ft lbs. I usually do 30ft lbs

You didn't have to remove the seatbelt, just turn the buckle part sideways and you can fish the door panel around and over it, the door panel will hang by the belt. That's what I did anyway when I swapped out my speakers.
Nice write up.

Thanks for the first write up on removing supercab rear door panels. Time to tackle the rear speakers.
And to those that say it's similar to crewcab rear door panels I'd have to say about the only similar thing is how the speakers are removed.

nice writeup - but you don't even need to fish the top panel around the seatbelt, it's actually helpful to just push it up and let the belt hold the panel out of the way
put pioneer speakers all around and added "fat mat" to dampen the noise - doors sound nice and solid now closing, and MUCHCHHHH quieter on the highway to
