"First, I can't speak highly enough about Nolan and the Roadmaster company. I had the opportunity to visit their office to see the product first hand before I purchased, and was surprised at how interested he was in my situation.

Now, to review the product...worth every penny! When I started out, I was pulling a 34' TT @ 7,700 lbs. dry weight. The ride was a bit scary on the highways and terribly uncomfortable. With the Roadmaster Active Suspension installed, I immediately noticed a difference towing. The ride was definitely more stable and there was significantly less bounce in the ride at highway speeds. To make it even better, the handling with no tow is so good I can't believe this isn't a factory part! Overall, I am thrilled with the purchase and feel like I have a product that is really backed by the company." -wdbrady

Description
The Roadmaster Active Suspension is a heavy duty, variably rated coil spring that works as a muscle to hold the rear leaf spring in their optimum bowed position at all times. the more weight put on the truck, the more the RAS goes to work for you. No need to readjust, set it and forget it. Because the RAS is the only patented leaf spring suspension upgrade that works with the existing leaf springs to convert the traditional "passive" leaf spring suspension into an "active" suspension, the RAS offers a combination of benefits no other aftermarket suspension upgrade is able to provide.

Benefits of an RAS System
• Load Support- Because the RAS works to hold the leaf springs in their optimum bowed position at all times, the leaf springs are strengthened thus greatly reducing rear end sag when loaded to manufacturer max GVWR.
• Handling/Stability- Greatly improves overall vehicles performance in all road conditions! By not allowing the spring to flatten out, the vehicle corners more level by compensating for side to side weight transfer, resulting in greater contact of all four tires to the road. This provides improved traction, which translates to better driver control and stability. Excess spring rebound(bounce) is also reduced when negotiating bumps and uneven road surface, providing a much more comfortable ride 100% of the time!
• Axle Wrap/Wheel Hop-This is an issue that has affected a large amount of F150 Truck owners on this site. Those that have installed the RAS have reported results varying from greatly reducing to completely eliminating the axle wrap/wheel hop problem.

DO-IT-YOURSELF Installation
Each kit comes fully assembled out of the box, comes with illustrated instructions and can be easily installed without any special tools within 60-90 minutes. Requires no drilling, cutting or modification of any sort.

We are so confident you'll love the product, that if it doesn't do what we say it does we'll give you you're money back with our 30 day money back guarantee!

I think, if you look at the first still of the vidya, that feller done bent his rear bumper:

Don't think I've ever seen anyone support the rear of a pickup quite like that...

I like the idea of your product save for two things:

1. How it will survive in the salt belt
2. Shipping costs to Canuckistan is a deal-breaker (fer me), especially @ current Exchange rates...

Good luck.

Hey MGD,

Thanks for the reply!

He did go about raising the rear of the truck differently than we recommend in the instructions. I can't really tell if he did bend his bumper, looking at the opposite side it may also be the natural shape/taper of the bumper? I spoke with the gentleman after he did that install and he didnt mention anything about it.

To help clarify yours concerns
1. Protecting against rust has always been very important to us as well, we do e-coat the kits and they stand up very well vs rust. I have had shops tell me they are more comfortable selling Roadmasters than "bags" due to issues that sometimes come up with air pressure/leakages in the cold weather.
2. You're right, exchange rate and shipping to Canada is not pretty. We've went the cheapest we can find that offers the ability to track packages.

Hope you find something that works for you!
