I ordered body color door handles from Tasca 11 days ago, I was told that one handle wasn't in stock and it would be a few days. They just told me today it was finally ready to ship, but have failed to email me a tracking number like they said they would. I hope my order is here soon, my experience with Tasca so far has not been great, when I have called to check on my order status, I have to argue with them everytime to get someone on the phone, they transfer me to the internet department because I ordered over the phone and out of state, but they never answer the internet phone when I call. I have a long list of cool stuff to buy from Tasca, but I think I will take my business elsewhere since the customer service is terrible. Their prices are great and much cheaper than my local Ford house can provide. I just wish their service was better. I pray my order is correct when it arrives.

I do apologize for us not being able to answer the phone when you called. Our phones ring nonstop all day and if my customer service reps are on the phone, the call is going to go to voicemail. I assure you that if you leave a voicemail, you will get a call back in an hour or two at the most. We make it a priority to check and respond to all voicemails as quickly as possible.

We respond very quickly to any posts or private messages that we receive here on the forum. Why dont you send me a PM with your name, address and order number and I will find out what the deal is with your order and get back to you right away.

josh i am sure you have answered this before and im sorry if you have just dont wanna search through pages or posts to find i need harley davidson/raptor headlights and taillights is there combined cost? i see you have posted individual cost thank you in advance

Right now the headlights are out of stock for the next 2 weeks but the combined cost is the same as the individual cost since they are shipped seperately.

Headlights $242.55 + $50 S/H = $292.55
Taillights $117.04 + $35 = $152.04

Total for both is $444.59 Shipped.

Just be aware that the taillights will ship now and the headlights will ship when they come in.
