Default Driver's side door lock/trim piece

I would like a price for the parts that would be required to repair the driver's side door lock and trim piece that surrounds it for a 2010 F150 FX4 with the keypad entry option. Does this trim piece come prepainted?

An attempt was made to break into the vehicle by punching the door luck.
