I would not mind but this the second time within the past couple of days that I ordered two separate remote starts and have found out that they have been discontinued by checking my order status on their website instead of being advised by email or phone. All I am saying is that they could have least called and let me know the parts were discontinued and offer me an alternative.

You really need to get your act together. I am cancelling the rest of my order. I will buy from someone who values me as a customer.
I apologize for the issues, what was the order number? This kit has to have JUST been discontinued because we ordered, received and shipped one of these as recently as December 9th.

This is partially my fault because I just looked up the BB5Z kit for you and actually took it directly off Fords current accessories page, In hindsight I guess I should have gone further and checked to see what the status was on the kit but since it's still on Fords own site I just figured it was available.

As for the issue with contacting you, I will bring this up in our weekly meeting on Monday and emphasize the importance of a direct e-mail or phone call.

I'm not sure why Ford has suddenly decided to drop a bunch of these kits, this is really quite surprising.

Once again, sorry for the issues but Ford dropping these has caught us all off guard.

I believe that you were offered an alternative when they found the first kit you ordered was discontinued but it wasn't a bi-directional kit like you wanted which is how I got involved.

I then found the second kit you ordered which again (and surprisingly) turned out to be discontinued as well.

I just did some more looking and Ford has dropped all the bi-directional kits, I'm baffled.

Steve thanks for the response. I know it is not your fault that Ford discontinued them, my only complaint was that I was not notified and only found out about it from checking my order status. As for Ford I am sure there are a lot of people who have installed the 200 series who are concerned why they were discontinued and if they will cause problems with their trucks.

To me Ford is making a big mistake doing away with the 2 way system. I personally want confirmation that the vehicle started. I will probably buy an aftermarket 2 way system if Ford does not offer a 2 way.

Trust me, I understand your frustration and concern and I agree that dropping them is a mistake. I have no clue why they dropped these, maybe they weren't selling, maybe the supplier was going to raise prices, who knows?

$281.05 before the 5% coupon, I can ship these virtually anywhere in the lower 48 for about $20.00. I would have to order one in for you.

The red 2013 FX2 emblems are as follows,

CL3Z*16720*A $38.95
CL3Z*16720*C $38.95
CL3Z*9942528*A $37.83

We have the tailgate emblem in stock but the others would take a day or two to get.
