I have a 2009 Ford F150 XLT with tailgate step. The step isn't closing or opening easily and the dealer has quoted way to much for the step. Can you get me a quote on the step itself not the tailgate?

This is an old question I asked, but am just now getting around to doing this. I searched the Tasca site for the part number listed above, it is now about $68. I also when through and selected 09 Ford Platinum through the Tasca system, and it says $42. I dont want to order the wrong part. Could you please direct me to the correct part?

Just the step alone is $865.05 OEM part number 9L3Z99402A48AA and does not include hardware, list is over $1200.00. hope this helps.
