will this fit the non flow through console in the XLTs?

The designs are very different so I would have to say no. I looked in the catalog and the only non-flow thru options are based off 2 interior color codes, I do not see any leather "premium" lids shown.

Do these have more padding than the hard as a rock stock version?

I've been waiting all day for a Truck equipped with this to get a hands on answer for you but they all have vinyl ones that have came through. I would have to say there is foam under the leather as this gives it longevity. I cant recall the last time I felt a leather console lid with leather that was hard to the touch.

If this is an OEM part, which I assume it is. Yes, these are padded. These come in the platinums and lariat models. I ordered one for my FX2 awhile back. Definitely spruces up the interior. Now I want the leather wrapped door armrests as found in the platinum trim levels. But as far as I can tell, you have to purchase the entire interior door panel as the armrest is not sold separately.

I think your correct on the door panel armrest but shoot me a VIN from a truck with the ones you like and I will check.

Don't have a VIN. But I do know they can be found on a 2011-2014 platinum. I'm looking for the black ones.

Just checked a 2013, The armrest is part of the door panel itself.
