Default Would my truck fit 35's?

2000 F-150 XLT, lifted 3inches block and key lift, right now its sitting on 16inch Pro Comp Extremes wrapped with 285/75r16's. (which is basically a 33in tire) I was thinking of going the next size up just to add an inch of ride height with 295/75r16's which are pretty much 33.5's or 34's. Was just wondering if my truck would fit 315/75r16's which are 35's. I dont want a too "beefy" look on the tires, where theirs more black tire wall than rim to the point where it looks ugly, thoughts and opinions welcome but even if i can fit 35's im still probably going to go with a set of 295's and keep it their for the life of my truck.

Heck yeah it'll fit.

My expedition - lower than yours stock - is lifted 3" in the front and I can (barely) fit 315/70/17s (they are 34.4" tall). I'm confident with your truck's lift 35s would fit fine.

295's aren't 35's, they're like a 33.something. 315's are a 34.4, 325's are 35's.

Logan546, im currently looking at the 3 inch full lift like u describe. 3 inch blocks in rear with 3 inch torrison keys for the front. How do u like it? Does it still sit pretty level? Do u have any pics of it installed? I was gonna put that kit with 35's on it. Ive got a 03 f150 crew cab. Let me know what you think of it an if u got pics please. That would help alot. Thanks matt

I know. But a tire that is a 285 or 295 in width is a 33 assuming we're talking about 75's which pretty much all the smaller wheel sizes are, the 325's are 35's

It sits level and i love it, because its a easy to install and cheap lift, sure its nothing fancy like 6inches or 4 inches with aftermerket sub-frames but it gets the job done. Here is a pic of my truck on Cooper SST MAX 33's. Its not the best picture i have of my truck but i dont feel like transferring a better picture from my phone onto the PC.

Nice truck. It looks good. I actually like the 33's on there, if they don't need to be replaced I wouldn't bother but if they were worn (it's hard to tell from a picture) then look into some 35's. They will rub from the width of the tire though, my 315's rubbed as did my 325's.

Check the real width of the tire as well, my 315's and 325's weren't really noticeable in the difference of width, a tiny bit and the height was a little smaller on the 315's but not really anything.. those were all terrains though, tires like mud grapplers are wider then advertised so you could possibly run into some more rubbing issues. It's nothing trimming can fix either because it rubs on the inside of your suspension assuming you have stock wheels. If you don't, you may be okay.
