I have a 2013 SUpercrew and want to place a semi hidden winch in the big ole hole in the front of the truck! I know I would have to have a minimum of a 10,000 lbs winch. That being said , the average weight of a winch so powerful is around 100lbs. Are they any upgrades that are needed to the front end of the truck since I will be adding more weight to it?

I didn't do anything different to mine when I installed my winch. Truck felt the same as when I had the grille guard on.
