Wheel/tire Combo

Hard to beat Method wheels! Just recently got mine and I love em. I'm also a fan of the less wheel more tire look, not only does it look great but it helps keep from curbing wheels in tight parking lots...
Method NV 17" +0 offset paired with DC Fun Country 33" all terrains
I was on the fence about 35's or 33's and I'm glad I went with the 33's. No rubbing issues at all, no trimming required, no crash bar mods, and less rotational weight (they're heavy enough as it is).

Your Mod Superstore!
+1 on the Methods recommendation. You would be hard pressed to find better quality wheels for off roading at anywhere near their price.

I will likely be going with the method wheels. Those trucks look great. That 0 offset is exactly what i want. Problem is now i gotta wait for these 20 inch tires to wear out....

I originally found a set of wheels and half worn 35x12.5x17 Fierce Alititudes for $250 on craigslist. I thought it was the steal of the year until I tried fitting them on the truck. The offset was so bad the tires stuck out 4+inches and hit everything possible.
I was fortunate to have a buddy with a set of Raptor wheels with brand new 315/70/17 nittos that I could try on my truck before buying another set of wheels to make this tire size work. They sat in the fenders perfectly (practically no stickout past FX4 fender flares), and only had light rub in a few areas I could trim.
Based on the dimensions of the OEM Raptor wheels I went on a search for wheels as close to those dimensions (that I liked). I decided to buy Tuff T-05 17x9 +10mm. The +10mm has maybe an inch of stickout in the front, but far from that obnoxious look you see sometimes when people don't pay attention to the offset and end up with 4-6" of tire sticking out of the fenders. I had to do some very minor inner fender trimming and have had no issues even off-road.

This is a buddys rim. I tried it on my truck to see how it would look. Its a 17 inch mickey thompson with a 0 offset. Tire is a 285 70 17. I think the 0 offset looks perfect. And nice FX4!

SOTA 17x8.5 with TOYO AT2 285/75-17's.
Specs measure out to a 33.8" ht. Just a level spacer up front until i get a set of coilovers and a UCA. Meathods were my first choice untill i got a killer deal on these wheels. Super nice actually
