Default Wheel Spacers

Is anyone using wheel spacers? I want to get them for my truck. I looked them up online and such, but im not sure how big to go. Or if there is anything they hurt or whatever. I want to have a wider stance. And of corse throw some mud in the air! haha

wheel spacers will wear out wheel bearings faster. its the same as using wheels with less backspacing

i meant smallest.. the factory lugs on the truck are about a 1 1/2 long therefore if you have a spacer that is smaller than that you need to trim the lug so it does not stick out past the spacer.. on this style spacer http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/04-up...Q5fAccessories
sorry if this isnt the style spacer you were talking about..
this is what im talking about cutting the lugs
..
hope this helps

Default 1 1/2

im agreeing im running 1 1/2 for front, now the nice thing is increase turning radius and wider look, bad things, possibllity of rubbin or breaking studs, its like everything else balance.. if u want a wide mean look get off set tires and rims..

^^Low offset tires huh?

I ran spacers on my car for over a year with no issues at all. The wheel bearings on a truck are a lot stronger that those on my car as well. Even wheels with a lower offset, or back spacing is going to put the same amount of stress on the bearings. Its a catch 22 no matter how you slice it.
