wheel selection for dually with 4" lift?
ok, we're lifting my friends 94 f250 tomorrow with a 4" rough country kit. one, because he wants it, and two because his front springs are shot and the rough country springs actually have more leafs in them plus new shocks lol.
anyway, when he bought the truck it already had an f350 dually axle swapped onto it. he's wanting to get some nice big mudding tires but doesnt want it to look funny out back obviously...and he REALLY needs tires lol.
what are his options? is he stuck with the dual wheels on back and skinny tires? can he go with uber big skinny tires out back? are there special offset wheels which allow big mud tires? are there special uber wide wheels that allow massive offroad tires?
I know I've seen some super lifted dually trucks at car shows but honestly cant remember what the wheel/tire setup was. I'm just the mechanic and I'm into mustangs, not going nuts with trucks.
