Removing the chrome IMO would make it look better. The just got with the black and red scheme. The 3rd wheel on the right with the red insert would look great.

I think the second one with PTM instead of the chrome would look really good on your truck. I'm not that into chrome, but with your chrome runners and fenders it doesn't look too bad.

Here's a photo from the front. I want recon headlights, tail lights, and third light.

IMO - The red on the wheels would need to exactly match the red paint on the truck. But if that was my truck I'd be putting on all balck wheels, especially since you 're gonna black out the lights.
