its just a shock relocator. there used on rock crawlers to move the coilovers up and out of the way. also if you lengthen the horizontal side you can use shorter and stiffer and cheaper coilovers because it changes the leverage on the shocks.

no clue who makes it though, i thought they were all home brew setups anyways

on an f150 its really a "hey look what i have" mod
