Default What tire size?

I've got a 2013 STX 2wd with 18" wheels. I also have a 2.5" rough country leveling on front. I was wondering what the largest tire size i could go and what are the best sizes and offsets and such. I'm new to this stuff as you can tell. I've been looking at Toyo open country M/T's.
