Default What size liift to fit 35s well?

Ok I have a 03 F150 SCrew FX4, and want to have it eventually sitting on 17" rims and 35" mud terrains.

I want to lift it a little (not into that "Hurley-Cowboy" looking huge show trucks) I am not hella rich so the fancy lifts will never happen for me, lol.

Can I get away with just a leveling kit?

Also what rims tire combo should I go with?

Bascially I am just looking at options now from people. Thanks

Oh and pics are always good!

It depends on your rim offset. a lot of guys fit 35's with 3" of lift. however, it didnt work for me because my offset is -44 (they stick out of the fender a bunch) so there was no way it was gonna work with 3". I ended up getting a full suspension lift and now they barely fit, i had to still trim some with 6" of lift. If your offset is somewhat close to 0 you should be ok.

If you have a four inch lift already you should use a 2 inch leveling kit. They recommend for 35's that you have a 6in. lift.
