Caster spec is 4.0 so your not that far off. I wouldn't worry about it unless you start seeing unusual wear.

Often times when aftermarket lifts are put on trucks the tech performing the alignment may not be aware that the frame inclination angle may have changed. This will affect what the sensors/cameras readings.

It may show that you are out of spec because it's being compared to the stock frame angle. If this has been changed from stock (as with a leveling kit/lift) the aligner will read out of spec.

It's FAR more important that you equalize the cross caster (the difference between measurements from side to side) even if they're out of range, GET THEM EVEN.
