What ^^^ he Said. if you want a lift, buy a lift kit. if you want to retain/maximize you suspension's range of motion then get coilovers with UCAs. the best packages are the ones that can do both without trashing your geometry.
Also, the sway-bar limits independent range of motion of your suspension too, unless you're cycling both driver/pass at the same time, like on whoops. People with cheap or improper setups will hear load bangs or clunks every time this happens, as their components bind to their limits. thats when stuff breaks. lift kits (spacers) are prone to this. of course if you're just mall-crawling then you probably won't notice until you hit the parking lot speed bump.
