I am new to truck mods so please forgive me if this is a silly question....

I recently put a 2.5" rough country level kit on my 2007 FX4 but now it appears that the back is now lower than the front. Am I just seeing things or was that too much lift for the front? How do I get it truly level?

Not yet, getting that Monday. What will the alignment do?

Stupid question...you installed the 1" rear blocks right?


Level will be at 1.5" in the front...the 2.5" front will be a little higher then the back. Then the 1" block will level it out.

Just the 2.5" on the front is all I did. Guess I need the blocks for the back. Any suggestions on where to get em, I'll start with rough country since that;s where I got the level kit.

I was actually looking at the kit you posted but called Rough Country and he told me if I wanted just the front end all I would need was what I bought. He said that if I got the whole kit it still be lower in the front.

get your alignment done before you mess with the back... 2.5 level on my 08 FX4 was a tad nose high untill i had the alignment done.. sits level now

Cool.. getting one first thing Monday.

I got my level done last Friday and my wheels and tires put on this Tuesday. Will I have harmed anything by driving around for a bit before getting the alignment?
