T190? T200? or the big 3?

Ive only been stuck once... But i depend on tires a lot... turning the wheel back and forth helps. that and 4 low.

4low is overrated.....unless your tires overpower your drivetrain....i mud race and you dont how many trucks ive seen come through the lights and be in 4 low...and rev the dickens out of it and hardly ever move...if you have the power in the right areas...4hi is your best bet

Well yeah if you want to mob through the mud at hyper speed 4low is a no go. but if youre already stuck in 4 hi, it will just dig more and get you more stuck faster, unless you rock it. 4low is good for walking out of something and allowing your tires to grip... but of course with trucks as big as ours once your stuck that deep youre not going anywhere. unless you have a locker, a locker is your cure all ha ha.

We used to say lockers just get you stuck deeper in the mud.
A winch is your cure all.

^^^ true, i dont think you would get stuck with locker though, but if you do.... winch is your answer.

You absolutely can get stuck with lockers, been there....done that.

This is why I will always have a vehicle with a winch on it. The "winch vs. lockers" discussion pops up on evert off road forum every time someone comes into some money and asked for adivis on how to spend it. My answer is always, I can winch myself through about anything. and the response is, "thats cheating". I dont think so, its a vehicle mod just like any other.

That does suck.
Its gotta work or its just a big expensive paperweight.
I had a Warn 8000 for about 10 years. It worked like new when I let it go a few weeks ago with the Cherokee it was mounted on. Ive got a 9000lbs Superwinch now (mounted on a Wrangler). Ive got my fingers crossed that it does as well as the Warn did.
