Ah if it's ragged out that could be the explanation. Gotta maintain your stuff if you want it to run well. What power mods do you have done to your truck? I just got my f150 last week and I just put a 5" lift and 33x12.50x18 Nitto Mud Grapplers on it. I already have a catback system on it (minimal gains from that, lol), and I just ordered a Gryphon.

Hey, thanks to all for your input. Over the weekend, I ordered 4.56 Yukons and Detroits for both the front and rear, as well as a set of 37x12.50x17 Mickey Thompson MTZ's on 17x9 Mickey Thompson Classic Locks with black lock rings to match the paint. Once again, thanks to all, hope to have pictures up in a couple weeks.

I'm hoping so, just sucks that I have to wait until June to see it, drive it, and race it. I just hope my parents send me some good pictures to share with you guys. When I return to Iraq, I'm going to have my guy build a 2003 5.4L Supercharged Lightning engine and 6 Speed Manual out of a 1999 5.4L 4x4 F-250 with a custom South Bend Clutch. I'm gonna have him tear down the block and send it off to get worked over. The usual bored, stroked, cnc ported/polished, new crank, new rods/pistons, and a set of Comp cams. I'm hoping to have one bad mother when she's completely finished. Who knows, I've seen a twin turbo 5.4L, and that's sounding pretty nice to me....Wish me luck!

If you are going to go with a supercharger check into a Whipple or Kenne Bell. The Eaton's produce quite a bit of heat. While the Supercharged Lightnings and H-D's were badass, the swap to a Whipple makes a ton of difference.
