Default Suggestions on rear lift springs for '98 F150

I just had a SuperLift 5" lift installed on my truck and the rear is currently on lift blocks. The front still sits a bit higher than the rear and I am looking for suggestions on either rear springs to lift the rear or a shackle/spring combo to give me around the same lift in rear without the big lift blocks.

Thanks!

Have you considered an Add-A-Leaf? My Zone 6" kit came with one and blocks for the rear. Levelled out nicely.

Yes, I was thinking of doing that. I ordered and am (today) picking up a set of 5" blocks, and a 1.5" lift shackle. After I install those, I will probably have to lower the front down maybe an inch.
Down the road, I would like pick up an add-a-leaf to level things out and pick that inch back up in the front. Would help with the little bit of spring sag I have on driver's rear leaf pack too...

+1 on the add a leafs. I have 2" skyjacker ones on my 00 f150 4wd.

my advice is go skyjacker heavy duty because pro comp is unreliable and junk.

Heavy duty add a leafs add payload capacity too..blocks just cause problems

Yep, larger blocks lead to axle wrap. Or the tendency for an axle to twist under heavy torque loads. The smaller the block being used, the less wrap. This is why it is a big no no to use blocks on the front of leaf sprung 4x's. The axle wrap can actually snap the u--joints causing the truck to run over its own axle. The add-a-leafs will increase pay load capacity while reducing the effects of axle wrap. Its a no brainer really. Unless you want to spend the $ on a custom 4-link set up with heim joints. But we're talking a lot of fab work for that.

The 5" blocks and the 1.5" shackles got me level. Now, once I get the add-a-leaf, I can drop back down to a 3" or so block and I think I will leave it at that, unless i come across some lift springs down the road.

Thanks for the information guys.
