Anyone familiar with trails up in Big Bear? I've jeeped up there before and also took my 4x4 Durango up. But it's been a few years and I'm not sure what trails I've been on.

Right now I'm waiting on a set of new BFG AT KO2 and once they're on my truck I wanna take the wife up for some snowy trail fun. Not looking for anything too tuff. Mainly fire roads but some moderate trails would be nice also.

I've got an '06 Lariat 4door. Just put on a 2.5" level kit in prep for the new 270x65-20 BFG.

I'm thinking trail 3n16 is mainly a fire road to curise around and get into the back country a bit. But are there any offshoots that would be fun as well. And what area's are good to hit? I'm thinking get on the 3n16 down by Green Valley and make way up to Holcomb Valley.

I'm an experienced offroader with Jeeps and an old lifted Ramcharger I used to have, but this truck is all stock and not looking to bang it up much.

Thanks for any input.
Hang out around 3n16 and 3no9 should be fine with a stock truck as long as it dosent snow a bunch. no big bumps or obstacles on those green trails. Id recommend going to the adventure center in Fawnskin and they'll give you a map and they can tell you some good trails to go on. Have fun!

Thanks Bigslaw !
I've also been directed to a few maps online that I can look at ahead of time to plan out a route.

I'm in the Fontana area...I'm always down for a little off road r&r... My truck is mostly stock 4x4 with a leveling kit and aftermarket wheels. I've been tagging along with a Nissan club on their trips but kind of feel out of place with them. We should all get something together for the spring.
